Course Abstract
Owners of MSPs, in order to scale, you have to have leverage systems, technology and people. If you find people that can lead portions of your business, you increase the value of the business and decrease the businesses dependence upon you. The leaders on your team, the ones that lead when you are not, set and achieve goals even if you are not watching, these are your stars. You have to keep your stars. but how are you going to keep you star employees from leaving your company or becoming your main competitor? Keep your stars by building a culture, compensation system for individual contributions, contributions of stars to their internal group and by allowing them to participate in the equity appreciation associated with their continued employment – but on terms that make sense to you, the MSP owner.
