9 Principles That Undergird The StratOp Process

Course Abstract

In this presentation, we explore the 9 principles that undergird the StratOp process, which can be applied to help focus and align any team around a compelling vision. We also work through two key StratOp perspective tools, to help you get to clarity about what’s happening both inside and outside your organization. Lastly, we talk about communicating the strategic plan, and cascading it throughout your team, to ensure alignment of talent and resources.
