As Director of Professional Services for IT By Design, Ryan Bailey’s role encompasses several adjacent responsibilities—overseeing ITBD’s Internal IT team, directing the Professional Toolset Services group, and driving innovation through technology initiatives to deliver exceptional business outcomes both internally and with customers.

Part of the channel for 12 years, Ryan previously held multiple roles within ConnectWise where he was responsible for building and leading high-performance teams in both the PSA and RMM divisions. He followed his passion for driving exceptional business impact through emerging technology to IT By Design a year ago.
