It’s safe to say that most companies never expected for the bulk of their team to work from home for more than a few weeks when the COVID pandemic started in March. But after more than nine months, it is time to accept that WFH may be a permanent part of the workplace landscape for the near future. If your business has been simply “getting by” in terms of a WFH policy for the last few months, it is time to dig in and put formal guidelines around this new “normal.” In this course, Jill Chapman, a senior member of the team at Insperity, shares not only advice on why you need to develop your WFH policy, but also offers tips on successfully deploying and enforcing WFH guidelines.
