Course Abstract

What did months battling the economic impact of a pandemic teach us? Crisis demands we do things differently. Those MSPs (and other businesses) that flourish during crisis move with decisiveness, speed, and creativity. However, every market has a saturation point, so don’t wait for a crisis to start planning where your business is going to go next. Innovation around products, services, and target markets are an integral element of a successful MSP business plan. In this session, we’ll walk you through the steps to identifying, attacking, and winning a new market.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Dig Deep: Where can you honestly add value in verticals and new markets
  2. Do Your Homework: Research the pain points of those new targets and align your solutions with their current needs
  3. Get Creative: Marketing to a new audience means talking the talk and communicating your value clearly
  4. Get Real: Can you really sell to a new market? Do your research and prep your sales team for success
  5. Don’t Wait: Challenge you team to routinely brainstorm, review and explore your potential options so you are ready to move quickly when and if you need to
